Castle Cottage 2 sits where the River Aline meets the Loch, just below Kinlochaline Castle. The semi-detached, stone built cottage has a substantial garden with wide views over the water, with the wildlife hide just a stonesthrow from the door, Castle 1 is the ideal cottage for spotting the birds that flock to our shores.
The sitting room has a log burner and bay window overlooking the Loch. Perfect for sitting with a cup of tea, waiting for a visit from the Pine Marten. The cottage has a flat screen TV with Freesat and a DVD player alongside a docking station.
The well equipped kitchen/dining room has a washing machine, fridge, freezer and electric oven with hob.
The 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 room with bunk beds.
The bathroom has a full size bath with an electric overhead shower.
A stay in Castle Cottage 2 includes linen, Starlink WiFi, a starter pack of logs & kindling and books & games. More logs can be purchased from the Gift Shop.
As with all of our cottages, there are many walks to enjoy straight from the door. Take a stroll in the woodland surrounding Kinlochaline or step straight out to the track that meanders down the Loch side into the village.
2 Dogs are welcome in this property, which has a fully enclosed garden.
