We know that wild swimming enthusiasts are always seeking to find the new hot spot for their cold fix. Situated on the shores of Loch Aline and with the beautiful Rivers’ Aline and Rannoch running through the Estate grounds, there is no shortage of opportunity for swimming, dipping and submerging during your visit.

Neighbouring Ardnamurchan Peninsula is also a paradise for wild swimmers; whether it’s gliding into a glossy Loch on a crisp winters day or splashing in the crystal clear North Atlantic off the white sands of Sanna Bay during a Scottish heatwave, there is sure to be a spot to please everybody.

Some of our self-catering cottages are situated on the waters edge, meaning you can start your day with a pre-breakfast dip or take to the water during a sunset and be back cosy next to the log-burning fire in no time at all.

Local guide Laura is a qualified open water swim coach and offers guided swims, coaching, one-to-one sessions and equipment hire.
