Are you a keen gardener and/or would like to learn more about horticulture?  Previous experience is not essential but you must be practically minded.

Do you have free time during the week and would like to get involved on a regular basis or are able to volunteer for a complete week or even 6 months or more?

We are looking for volunteers that are passionate about being outdoors and care about the environment.

At Ardtornish we have a large diversity of gardens; from our productive walled kitchen garden to the main 25 acre formal garden.

We need garden volunteers all year round to help these gardens thrive.

Depending on experience and the season you may be asked to help with planting, pruning, weeding, propagation and harvesting, vegetation clearance, path maintenance, and more.

In exchange for your time and hard work, you will be supported by our dedicated gardening team; gaining valuable vocational experience whilst helping to improve your overall health/fitness.  For long term volunteers, depending on availability, accommodation and a food allowance can be provided.
